Lemonnier collects business contact details and activity preferences to respond to genuine expressions of interest in our programs.

What the form records

Your organization name, optional organization website link, contact name, email, optional phone, optional location, estimated group size, preferred date, activity selections, visit or series preference and notes. We also record the submitted request text, its reference, submission time, confirmation wording, your separate marketing-email choice and forwarding status. Please do not include resident names, health information or other sensitive personal details.

Request follow-up and optional marketing

Submitting confirms that you are expressing interest on behalf of the organization you name and permits follow-up about that request. It is not a booking or payment commitment. The separate marketing checkbox is optional and is not selected in advance. Only if you choose it may Lemonnier use your email for occasional activity updates and offers. You can withdraw that choice by emailing us.

Email forwarding and storage

The request is stored privately in the website’s hosted database and submitted to FormSubmit for forwarding to Raphaël Lemonnier at lemonnier.r@gmail.com, with a copy to Lior Adar at lioradar5@gmail.com. The email includes the selected activity list and contact details, and uses your address as Reply-To. FormSubmit processes the information to provide email forwarding; its privacy terms apply to that processing. Provider acceptance does not establish delivery to an inbox. The website does not send an automatic confirmation email to the person submitting.

Hosting and access

The operator and authorized hosting and email providers process information to operate this service. Requests and contact details are not published publicly. Technical information may also be processed to deliver and secure the website.

Corrections, deletion and marketing preferences

Email lemonnier.r@gmail.com with your request reference and the email address used to submit it to request a correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing consent. Do not send additional resident information.

Images and availability

Activity photographs are AI-created illustrations, including proposed scenes featuring Raphaël and fictional guest facilitators. They do not document past events or contracted speakers. The founder portrait was supplied in the business brochure. Program descriptions are proposed experiences; availability, staffing, scope and pricing are confirmed individually.
